Ingredients

    3 cups raw apples, chopped
  • ·
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • ·
    2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ·
    3/4 cup quaker oats
  • ·
    3/4 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1 egg
  • ·
    2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ·
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • ·
    1/2 cup butter, melted
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to Make Oh So Good, Apple Goody

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix chopped apples, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Spread on bottom of a greased 9x9 square pan
  2. Mix next 6 ingredients and spread over the top of the apple mixture, reserving pecans for topping.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Spread pecans on top of the mixture and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
