Mom's Pop Over Pie
It comes together so easy and you can use any fruit you have on hand. Today I am using some home canned apricots that I need to get rid of. In the past I have used canned peaches, cherry pie filling, apple pie filling, and frozen blueberries and raspberries.
Serve it up with vanilla ice cream or a splash or cream, a squirt of whipped cream, or just plain (like I am going to do).
A quick dessert doesn't get any easier than this! Thanks Mom! This one goes down in the books as FANTASTIC!
