I absolutely love this creamy, pumpkin flavored dessert! Takes no time at all to make, but chill for awhile for flavors to meld.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    plus 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3 c
    cool whip topping
  • 2 c
    plus 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 small
    pkgs instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1
    15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin spice

How to Make Layered pumpkin dream

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. In bowl, mix together flour, butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Press mix into a 8" x 8" pan.
  2. Bake for 15 mins, let cool. In bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip until creamy, spread over cooled crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin, pumpkin spice and 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cream cheese mix. Spread remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle w/ remaining pecans. Chill for 3 hrs.
