These bars are a great snack to keep on hand for when you want something sweet and crunchy, but w/out all the fat.

Ingredients

rolled oats, not instant
1 c
chopped, dried cranberries
1 c
chopped,unsalted almonds
wheat germ
1/2 c
whole wheat flour
1/2 c
non-fat, dry milk powder
1/2 c
pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp
melted butter

How to Make Healthy cranberry oatmeal bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" square baking pan w/ cooking spray to prevent sticking. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  • 2Spoon into pan evenly. Bake 25 mins. Cool, cut into bars.
