Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1,1 half cup flour
- 1 half cup oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 half cup sugar
- 1 half cup milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon rind
- 1 pinch vanilla
- 1 pinch bicarbonate
- FOR VANILLA CREAM
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 half liter milk
- 1 pinch vanilla or sugar vanilla
- FOR DECORATION
- 300 grams fruits
- 1 cup jelly
How To Make fruit tarts

Step 1Riddle the flour,on a plank,in the middle,add the butter,oil and sugar.

Step 2Mix everything good,and,then add the egg,vanilla,lemon rind,bicarbonate,and,knead all,till become a compact dough.

Step 3Let it 10 minutes,and,then,put the composition in the forms.

Step 4Bake them and set aside.

Step 5Mix the ingredients for cream and boil them.Set aside.

Step 6After the dough and the cream are both chilled,stuff the dough with cream,and decorate with fresh fruits and jelly from the package,if you want.

Step 7The tarts are better served cold.
