Ingredients
- 1 can pie filling of your choice
- 1 package 10 count (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup packed, brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make fruit enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat whole pkg. of tortilla's in microwave for about 30 seconds.

Step 2Spoon fruit filling evenly onto tortilla's. Roll and place them seam side down in a lightly greased baking dish.I used a 13x9.

Step 3In a small sauce pan add butter,cinnamon,butter & both sugars and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then add the vanilla.

Step 4Pour the sauce over the tortilla's. Cover and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. *Top with your favorite ice cream*
