These were brought & shared to a birthday dinner, they are delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 can pie filling of your choice
  • 1 package 10 count (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup packed, brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make fruit enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat whole pkg. of tortilla's in microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Spoon fruit filling evenly onto tortilla's. Roll and place them seam side down in a lightly greased baking dish.I used a 13x9.
  • Step 3
    In a small sauce pan add butter,cinnamon,butter & both sugars and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then add the vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Pour the sauce over the tortilla's. Cover and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. *Top with your favorite ice cream*
