Ingredients For fruit enchiladas

1 canpie filling of your choice

1 pkg10 count (6 inch) flour tortillas

1/3 cbutter
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/2 cpacked, brown sugar

1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make fruit enchiladas

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat whole pkg. of tortilla's in microwave for about 30 seconds.

2Spoon fruit filling evenly onto tortilla's. Roll and place them seam side down in a lightly greased baking dish.I used a 13x9.

3In a small sauce pan add butter,cinnamon,butter & both sugars and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then add the vanilla.

4Pour the sauce over the tortilla's. Cover and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. *Top with your favorite ice cream*
