thought id share this recipe its a German recipe from my cookbook The German kitchen. enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound red currants
  • 1/4 pound strawberries
  • 1/4 pound red cherries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstach

How To Make (frucht pudding) fruit pudding

  • Step 1
    Wash the fruit and remove stems. Add fruits to a saucepan, along with a little bit of water and the sugar. cook gently for ten minutes low heat. Next, mix the cornstarch with a little bit of cold water then add in to the fruit mixture. allow to cook for two minutes to thicken. next, allow to cool slightly. Fill dessert dishes or glasses and place in the refrigerater to cool completely. serve with vanilla icecream
