easy peasy fruit cobbler
This is one of those spur of the moment recipes that I began making over 25 years ago. It's extremely versatile and my kiddo can help me make it. It's great by itself or it can be enjoyed a la mode.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds assorted frozen fruit (i used 1 lb. sliced strawberries and 1 lb. rhubarb in this one)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1-2 stick butter, melted (i used 1 1/2)
How To Make easy peasy fruit cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Place frozen fruit in the bottom of a 9X13 cake pan.

Step 3Sprinkle dry cake mix all over the top of the fruit.

Step 4Evenly distribute the melted butter on top of the cake mix.

Step 5Bake at 350 until brown (approx. 55 minutes).
