This lends itself well to most fresh fruits. The recipe is for one but can easily be increased to feed more. This is always a hit at pot lucks and parties. I have been making this since I was 17 so no longer remember were it came from.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh fruit, bananas, berries, figs, peaches, grapes, any fruit and combo you like
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, can use fat - free
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  • Step 1
    Place fruit in a serving dish.
  • Step 2
    Blend sour cream and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
  • Step 3
    Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit and enjoy.
