Makes a great and healthy after school snack or you can use it as a topping over icecream. Also works well as a dessert for a potluck.

  • 5-7
    apple's of choice
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1-2 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 - 1 c
  • 1-2 tsp

How to Make Candied Apple Bake


  1. Core and slice apples, layer in pan. Up to two layers in smaller pans.
  2. Add all ingredients except granola and marshmellows, stir then bake for about 15 mins.
  3. Take out and check that apple's are tender, if so add granola and stir gently, if not tender yet, bake another 10 mins.
  4. Pull out one more time, turn oven up to 425 and cover dish with marshmellows, bake another 5-7 mins to toast marshmellows. Let cool and enjoy!
