This is a great dessert and can be used with other jello,pudding and fruit. My family loves this dessert.. Yours will too...Cranberry relish works too or for St.Patrick's Day green jello and pistachio pudding. Internet photo.

Ingredients

6 ounces pkg. strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
3.41 ounces pkg. royal greek instant yogurt pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
8 ounces pkg. cream cheese softened
3 cups chopped strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make best strawberry dessert

Step 1

Mash together the strawberries and sugar; set aside until ready to use. Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill about 1 to 1 1/2 hours; just until it jells a little.(like the whites of eggs) Prepare the pudding mix with the milk; chill 5 minutes.

Step 2

Using your mixer,beat cream cheese and vanilla until creamy and add the pudding mixture and then add the partially set jello..Beat for 2 minutes on low. Using a spatula,fold in mashed strawberry mixture and pour into a oiled or sprayed mold or bowl and chill until set. Unmold onto serving plate or serve from dessert bowl.
Step 3

*Orange for Thanksgiving or Halloween Green for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day or Red for Valentine's Day or Christmas.
