Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened, i used reduced fat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1 - banana sliced, tossed w/ 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup halved starwberries
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 8 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup fudge sauce
How To Make banana splitz

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs w/ melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of pan.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs and mashed banana. Pour over crust. Bake 30 mins. Refrigerate 3 hrs to set.

Step 3Top w/ strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Drizzle w/ hot fudge sauce.
