Ingredients For apple lasagna

  • 12 sheet
    non cooked noodles
  • 2-21oz can
    apple pie filling
  • 2 c
    8oz - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese,or lowfat
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    gluten free flour, or regular
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    oats
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 Tbsp
    light brown sugar or dark

How To Make apple lasagna

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350*.In a large pot of boiling water salted,cook noodles until tender,drain set aside. if using non cook (omit this part).Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer 4 noodles on bottom of dish. Spread 1 can of filling on top, slicing any extra thick apples. Layer 4 noodles over apples. In a large bowl, mix cheese,egg,sugar spread them evenly over the noodles and top with the remaining 4 noodles. Spoon remaining can of pie filling over noodles. In a small bowl, crumble together the flour,cinn,butter, sugar and oats. Sprinkle over the top of filling. Bake for 45 mins. let stand 15 mins then slice into serving pieces and serve warm or cold...
