CINNAMON APPLE CRISP
8-10 largetart apples, peeled, cored & sliced (1/2 inch)
2 tsplemon juice, fresh or bottled
1 cdark brown sugar, equally divided
1 tspground cinnamon, equally divided
1 call purpose flour
1 cgranulated white sugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 largeegg, beaten
1/2 cbutter, melted
How to Make CINNAMON APPLE CRISP
- Lightly butter a 9"x13" glass or stoneware casserole and set aside.
- In an extra large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and the lemon juice.
- Place oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
