Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 20 - big marshmallows
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

How To Make yolonda's cookies

  • Step 1
    Cream together sugar and butter. Add milk and stir. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, stir in 1 and 3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs until thoroughly blended. If mixture appears too runny, add the remaining 1/4 cup crumbs. Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper. If mixture appears too dry before all cookies have been made, add a little more milk and blend again then spoon out remaining cookies.
