Ingredients
- MIX IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- THEN ADD
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- MIX THAT WELL AND ADD
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup white or vanilla flavored baking chips
- 1/4 - of 1 big reeses peanut butter cup, rough chopped.
How To Make white chocolate suprise cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2After following the above directions check for right consistency. It is perfect when you can roll it between hands to make a thick snake to pinch off cookies. If it sticks to hand add a bit more flour. If it feels dry add a drop or two of milk.

Step 3Pinch of about an inch by an inch pieces and bake 11-13 minutes
