Eric is always looking for a new cookie to try, so when my daughter gave him the king sized Reese's peanut butter cups I went to work with my left over Christmas baking surplus

prep time 5 Min
cook time 10 Min
method Bake
yield approx 30 cookies

Ingredients

  • MIX IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • THEN ADD
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • MIX THAT WELL AND ADD
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 cup white or vanilla flavored baking chips
  • 1/4 - of 1 big reeses peanut butter cup, rough chopped.

How To Make white chocolate suprise cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
After following the above directions check for right consistency. It is perfect when you can roll it between hands to make a thick snake to pinch off cookies. If it sticks to hand add a bit more flour. If it feels dry add a drop or two of milk.
  • Step 3
Pinch of about an inch by an inch pieces and bake 11-13 minutes
