Ingredients

  • MIX IN A LARGE BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY

  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • THEN ADD

  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • MIX THAT WELL AND ADD

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 c
    white or vanilla flavored baking chips
  • 1/4
    of 1 big reeses peanut butter cup, rough chopped.

How to Make White Chocolate Suprise Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. After following the above directions check for right consistency. It is perfect when you can roll it between hands to make a thick snake to pinch off cookies.

    If it sticks to hand add a bit more flour.

    If it feels dry add a drop or two of milk.
  3. Pinch of about an inch by an inch pieces and bake 11-13 minutes
