Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 (7 oz) pkg
    shredded coconut
  • 1(14 oz) can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12oz) bag(s)
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter

How to Make Triple Layer Cookie Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a 13" x 9" pan, melt butter. Sprinkle crumbs over the melted butter. Top with coconut, then the condensed milk. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter, spread evenly over the hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes, and then chill thoroughly.
