1/2 tspvanilla

1/4 tspcream of tartar

1/8 tspsalt
How to Make Sugar free Meringues
- Beat all ingredients until glossy but not stiff.
- bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 200 and bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool in oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!!!
