Ingredients

  • 4 - egg whites
  • 6 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How To Make sugar free meringues

  • Step 1
    Beat all ingredients until glossy but not stiff.
  • Step 2
    bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 200 and bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden.
  • Step 3
    Cool in oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!!!
