Ingredients
- 4 - egg whites
- 6 tablespoons erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make sugar free meringues

Step 1Beat all ingredients until glossy but not stiff.

Step 2bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 200 and bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden.

Step 3Cool in oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!!!
