A former supervisor's wife made these every holiday and my boss used to to bring them in....they are so good, I named the recipe after him!

Ingredients
- 2 sleeves - ritz crackers (i use the whole wheat)
- jar peanut butter
- 1 package white almond bark
- 1 cup halved pecans
How To Make sawyer sandwiches

Step 1spread peanut butter on cracker and make a sandwich with another cracker.continue until you have used both sleeves, about 40 sandwiches. melt the almond bark either in the microwave or on the stove at a low temperature. cover each sandwich and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. place a half pecan on top. harden in the refrigerator.store in covered container.
