My family really likes this peanut butter cookie recipe. I've substituted Reese's Pieces for half of the peanut butter chips. Another time, I substituted milk chocolate chips for half of the peanut butter chips.

Ingredients

  • - 2 sticks butter, softened
  • - 2 cups sugar
  • - 2/3 cup reese's creamy peanut butter
  • - 2 teaspoons imitation vanilla extract
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • - 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • - dash of salt
  • - 2 cups reese's peanut butter chips

How To Make reese's double peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with Parchment Paper. In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla and eggs. In small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Gradually, add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Using a cookie scoop, drop onto cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute. Place on wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
