These are melt in your mouth cookies. I received this recipe from friend here in South Texas. ovens vary, so watch cooking time and cook until browned.

liquer (i use triple sec)

flour

ROLLING MIXTURE

1 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
cinnamon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream butter and sugar, add egg and liquer; mix. Add flour. Make into small balls with your hands and roll in rolling mixture.
  • 2Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
