Ingredients For pineapple cookies

  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 c
    pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    nuts
  • 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    raisins

How To Make pineapple cookies

    MIX THOROUGHLY AND DROP BY TEASPOON on greased cookie sheets.

    Bake @ 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
