pecan bacon sandies
Yes I have been dieting before holiday's. Im on low carb, thats how I came up with these. I eat alot of protien so I have bacon precooked. So I added to my have to make sandies, christmas balls, mexican wedding cakes (I know everybody calls different)This is my easy recipe that I always make just with a little twist. Enjoy! I only got a bite, my Son and friend do the testing! LOL Maybe Il splurge a little on Christmas!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
How To Make pecan bacon sandies

Step 1Cream butter and sugar, add water and vanilla and mix well. Mix in the flour, pecans and bacon. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Shape into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. bake at 325 degree oven for 20 min. Let cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
