These are really good and super addicting!! I make sweet treats all the time and these have quickly become my family's and my favorite. I dare you to try to eat just one.

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 11/2 cups butterscotch chips
- GLAZE
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk (can use regular milk if desired)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How To Make peanut butter butterscotch bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole pan preferably with butter.

Step 2In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Mix in vanilla and egg.

Step 3In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.

Step 4Spread batter into greased pan and sprinkle butterscotch chips over top. Bake at 350° for about 20 to 25 minutes just until edges are brown.

Step 5While the batter is baking combine all ingredients for the glaze into a bowl of a stand mixer and beat until smooth. Pour and spread the waves over the top of the bars while they are still warm. Let cool completely before cutting.
