our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe
I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is our favorite peanut butter cookie. They come out of the oven soft, but as they cool they have a little "tooth" to them, but don't turn crunchy until a day or so later. (Depends on how you store them.) I used to love dipping my PButter cookies in orange Kool-Aid as a child, but now that combination just seems weird to me. Enjoy them with your fav beverage!
