Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    oreos...regular (after crushing set aside 2 tblspn for sprinkling)
  • 8 oz
    reg cream cheese...softnd
  • 1 1/2 c
    meltd chocolate flavrd almond bark....i used about 4 blocks
  • 1/4 c
    white meltn discs....meltd ;)

How to Make OREO TRUFFLES

Step-by-Step

  1. PUT PKG OF OREOS IN FOOD PROCESSOR N MAKE CRUMBS.....OR PUT IN LARGE ZIPLOCK BAG N WITH ROLLN PIN ROLL UNTIL CRUSHD . THEN IN BOWL MIX CRUSHD OREOS WITH SOFTND CREAM CHEESE.
  2. LESS OF A MESS IF U USE THIN PLASTIC GLOVES...THEN ROLL SMALL BALLS OF MIXTURE INTO 1-1 1/2" n PLACE ON EITHER PARCHMENT OR WAX PAPER LINED PLATE N FREEZE FOR 15 MIN.
  3. WHILE BALLS R IN FREEZER MELT CHOCOLATE FLAVRD ALMOND BARK FOR 1-2 MINUTES STIRRING 1/2 WAY IN MICROWAVE. REMOVE BALLS FROM FREEZER N PLACE ON FORK N DIP IN CHOCOLATE THEN LET EXCESS DRIP OFF...PLACE ON PARCHMENT PAPER OR WAX PAPER LINED PLATE N SPRINKLE A LIL RESERVD COOKIE CRUMBS ONTOP.
  4. NUKE WHITE DISCS UNTIL MELTD N WITH A FORK DRIZZLE BAK N FORTH OVER TRUFFLE... AFTER ALL R FINISHD PUT PLATE IN FRIDGE TO FIRM UP...ENJOY :)
