Found this recipe on the back of butterscotch chips a while back. It's super easy and really delicious!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 11-12oz packages butterscotch chips
How To Make oatmeal scotchies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 F & line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.

Step 3Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.

Step 4Gradually beat in flour, oats, and butterscotch chips.

Step 5Drop dough by round spoonfuls two inches apart on cookie sheets.

Step 6Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges brown.
