Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 3.4 oz. box
    instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c
    quick oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (soaked in boiling water for 2 minutes and patted dry)

How to Make No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugars, molasses, and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and then pudding mix. Stir until blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Let sit for up to 5 minutes and drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
