Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    milk, i used 1%
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    sweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make No bake oatmeal bites

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter, milk and sugar over medium heat until butter melts. Reduce heat to med-low. Simmer 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 2 mins, stirring. Remove pan from heat, let cool a few minutes.
  3. Drop by heaping tsps onto wax paper, on a cookie sheet. Store in airtight containers.
