How to Make New Peanut Butter or Almond Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in Bisquick baking mix until all is well incorporated.
  2. Drop by tablespoons on parchment lined sheets. Press slightly flat with the tines of a fork.
  3. Bake at 350° for 11-13 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to racks to finish cooling.
