Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make moist zucchini cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper onto baking sheets. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

Step 2Gradually beat in egg, flours, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in zucchini, raisins and walnuts. Drop by tbsp onto baking sheets. Bake 15-20 mins, or until golden.
