Ingredients For moist sugar cookies

  • 1/2 c
    real butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    white flour

How To Make moist sugar cookies

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy: add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed.

    Stir until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cooking sheet (you only need to grease for the 1st batch of cookies).

    Dip the bottom of a glass in granulated sugar and press cookies slightly.

    Bake at 350 degree for 7 minutes. Do not over bake
