Ingredients

1 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
4 - eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted

How To Make marble brownies

Step 1

Beat together all ingredients except chocolate.

Step 2

Divide batter in half and add chocolate to one half.
Step 3

Spoon both batters into a prepared 13x9 pan and swirl.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until set.
Step 5

Note -- A substitute for 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate is 3 tablespoons of cocoa plus 1 tablespoon of oil or butter/margarine.
