hungarian kiffles cookies/date nut filling
Hungarian Kiffle Cookies are a light, traditional cookie that has equal parts butter and cream cheese. Yum! Kiffles, Kipflees, Kifli are all variations on the spelling. They’re an addictive cookie and can be filled with many variations; although they’re made usually in a cold environment. The dough is more workable then as my grandmother used to say.
