Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - 6-oz package of chocolate chips

How To Make honey peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Cream honey, eggs, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Add well beaten eggs Add peanut butter and salt
Step 3

Stir in flour and soda sifted together. Mix well.
Step 4

Add dates, pecans, and chocolate chips. Form into balls Place on a greased cookie sheet. press with a fork.
Step 5

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
