These cookies are so moist and so good

Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup of honey
2 eggs,lightly beaten
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make honey peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Mix your shortening,peanut butter and honey.Add eggs,and mix well.

Step 2

Combine your flour,sugar,baking soda,baking powder and salt;add to peanut butter mixture and mix well.
Step 3

Roll into 1 inch balls,and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Step 4

Flatten with a fork dipped in flour
Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Step 6

When I make these for Christmas,I add Hershey kisses.
