These cookies are gooey in the middle, and crisp around the edges! Even after they cool completely, they are still soft and chewy in the middle. The best part? They are just rich enough that a couple will do (and trust me, I could eat half a batch of cookies!!), so you don't have to worry about eating them all.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup heath toffee bits
- 1 cup semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips
How To Make heath toffee-chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add in vanilla and egg. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2In separate bowl combine all dry ingredients, then mix them into butter mixture.

Step 3Stir in toffee bits and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
