My Grandma Helen would bake a ton of goodies every Christmas and give them away to family and friends. She had made this recipe for as long as I can remember and they are still one of my favorites! I can remember standing on a chair at the counter beside my Grandma making these!

How to Make Grandma Helen's EZ Christmas Cookies

  1. Spread peanut butter on the bottom side (the flat side) of one Ritz cracker. Place another Ritz cracker on top with the bottom of the cracker (flat side) to the peanut butter. Completely coat in melted chocolate candy coating. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper and place in the refrigerator until set. ENJOY!! This is a great recipe to include the kids in. I can remember standing on a chair at the counter beside my grandma Helen making these!
  2. For a little extra fun you can sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top while the candy coating is still wet. You can also use the white bark candy coating!!
