Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make grand sugar cookies

Step 1Set butter out to soften. Mix dry ingredients , add egg and vanilla to softened butter. Mix in dry ingredients with mixer-low speed blend well.

Step 2Put dough on floured wax paper making it into a roll. For smaller size cookies cut dough in half. After the dough is desired size wrap it up in wax paper place in refrigerator for 20 mins.

Step 3Pre- heat oven to 350* place parchment paper on your pan, slice dough in desired thickness sprinkle sugar on top of each cookie bake for approx 10 minutes, for a soft cookie take them out of oven 7-10 mins. While still warm sprinkle on a little more sugar.
