This is for the people that can not have carb's in their diets. I hope that you enjoy this recipe. Please let me know how they turn out....

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice -- optional
  • 4 cups rice krispie brown ,crush
  • 1 can condensed milk

How To Make gluten free - lunchbox coconut squares

  • Step 1
    Line 2 large 8 inch square pan with foil or wax paper, lightly greased bottom and sides.. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350* for metal or 325* for glass pan for 25-30 minutes or till just golden. (Don't over bake ). Cool 10 mins. remove foil or wax paper. Cool completely on rack. Cut into bars . Store at room tempture.
