Ingredients For five-layer bars

  • 32
    soft coconut mocaroon cookies
  • 3/4 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 3/4 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    coarsely chopped peanuts

How To Make five-layer bars

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange cookies in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inchbaking pan. Press cookies together to form a crust. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle crust evenly with sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, dried fruits and peanuts. Bake for 25 minutes more or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 30 bars.
