How to Make Easy pepermint cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on a lg baking sheet. In lg bowl, Break up cookie dough. Add flour and knead until blended.
  2. Roll dough into 36-1" balls. Place balls on baking sheet. Bake 10-14 mins, or until golden brown.
  3. In microwave bowl, microwave white chips w/ a little oil until melted. Dip 1/2 of a cookie into melted chips. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 tsp crushed candy. Let set on parchment paper to cool.
