Ingredients
- 4 sticks butter divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons instant coconut pudding
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 bag milk chocolate chips
How To Make decadent chocolate coconut no bake bars

Step 1Spray a 9x13 pan. Set aside. Melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder and egg. cook until well blended whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Step 2Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press into the prepared pan and refrigerate to cool.

Step 3In a small bowl combine the milk and pudding and set aside.

Step 4In a large bowl beat 2 sticks of softened butter about 30 seconds. Beat in the pudding mixture and then the powdered sugar. Spread this over top the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate

Step 5Melt the chocolate chips and 1 stick of butter in microwave and spread over top. Refrigerate 2 hours until set. Cut into bars.
