Ingredients

4 stick
butter divided
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
cocoa powder
1 large
egg
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
coconut
1/2 c
chopped nuts
6 Tbsp
milk
2 Tbsp
instant coconut pudding
4 c
powdered sugar
1 bag(s)
milk chocolate chips

How to Make Decadent Chocolate Coconut No Bake Bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray a 9x13 pan. Set aside. Melt 1 stick of butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder and egg. cook until well blended whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • 2Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press into the prepared pan and refrigerate to cool.
  • 3In a small bowl combine the milk and pudding and set aside.
  • 4In a large bowl beat 2 sticks of softened butter about 30 seconds. Beat in the pudding mixture and then the powdered sugar. Spread this over top the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate
  • 5Melt the chocolate chips and 1 stick of butter in microwave and spread over top. Refrigerate 2 hours until set. Cut into bars.
