3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make country oatmeal cookies in a jar

Step 1

In 1 qt jar layer the ingredients in order given. Pack down as well as possible.

Step 2

Give these directions. Add 3/4 cup butter, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Step 3

Drop dough by heaping tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.
