You can use any kind of cookie dough you like. My family likes chocolate chip. I make this at twice a month as a devilish good snack. There is never any leftovers.

Ingredients

1 - chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated
1 tube ice cream
1 can whipped topping, thawed
1 bottle chocolate fudge topping

How To Make cookie ala mode

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease & flour 9x9 baking pan.

Step 2

Press cookie dough into the pan. Making sure it is level. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven & how you like the cookie. Chewy 15 minutes. Crunchy 20 minutes.
Step 3

Remove from oven. Let cool. Let ice cream stand out to soften a bit. Slice cookie into 9 pieces.
Step 4

Plate 1 piece of the cookie. Top with a scoop of ice cream, whip cream & chocolate fudge.
