Ingredients

15oz pumpkin puree (aobut 1-1/2 cups)
3/4 c
coconut flour
3/4 c
maple syrup
1-1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
2 large
eggs
butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan

How to Make COCONUT FLOUR PUMPKIN BARS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350.
    Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish well with butter or coconut oil.
  • 2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well until no clumps remain.
  • 3Transfer the batter to the greased dish.
    Smooth the top with a spatula.
    Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
