Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make christmas nutty snowball cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper down on a lg cookie sheet. In bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.

Step 2

Beat in salt and vanilla.Beat in flour. Fold in pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill untill firm.
Step 3

Shape into 1" balls and place on baking sheet, 1/2" apart. Bake 10-12 mins, or until lightly browned. Let cool and then roll into additional powdered sugar.
