These are very easy cookies to make, so they're great to make with children. I make these every year with my grandchildren.

Ingredients

1 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
6 tablespoons sugar
2 sticks softened butter
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 bag christmas colored candy m and m's

How To Make christmas candy cookies

Step 1

In lg bowl, beat together brown sugar, sugar and butter until mostly creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 2

Beat in flour and baking soda. Cover bowl and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Heat oven to 375. Take out bowl from refrigerator and stir in candies.
Step 3

Cover cookie sheets w/ parchment paper. Drop cookie mix by teaspoons onto cookie sheets about an inch apart. Bake about 10 mins, or until light golden brown.
