chocolate treasure easter cookies
Nothin' says lovin' than somethin' from the oven...try these to satisfy your chocolate crave..and a good way to use up some Easter candy...pick up some extra candies after Easter sales too; great to use in baking.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine ,melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- - powdered sugar,optional
- 1 bag candy coated egg shaped chocolate ( easter peanut m & m's or other)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sweetened condensed milk,butter, egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Step 2Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; mixing well. Let batter sit for about 10 minutes before you drop by rounded spoonfuls (into powdered sugar and roll until coated(this is optional), place 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place desired amount of colorful candies on top of each cookie, press in slightly.

Step 3Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are slightly crusted- do not over-bake. Cool on wire rack or paper bags. Cool...I think you and your family will like these...not real sweet.
