Ingredients
- 2 cups dates, soaked in water
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make chocolate coconut energy balls

Step 1Pulse all ingredients in food processor and scrape the edges. Then blend the mixture until it appears wet and sticky.

Step 2Roll dough into balls. If you choose, you can roll the balls in a bowl of extra coconut flakes.

Step 3Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
